| About College: |
The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations was established in 1983 as a separate set up for the conduct of Entrance Examinations for admission to Professional Courses in the State as per G.O.(Ms) No.31/83/H.Edn. dated 19.02.1983. The Higher Education Department in the Secretariat is functioning as the administrative department of the Commisionerate of Entrance Examinations. The Commissionerate has been conducting thirteen Entrance Examinations, both for Undergraduate and Post Graduate Professional Courses. Of these examinations conducted in a time bound manner and catering to the needs of the aspirants of Professional Courses, the Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical Entrance Examinations (KEAM) is the major one in which near about one lakh seventy thousand candidates participate every year. The other courses for which the CEE conducts Entrance Examinations are Three year LLB, Five Year LLB, LLM, MD Homoeo, MDS, MD Ayurveda, M Sc Nursing, PG Medical and PG Super Speciality.
In addition to the conduct of Entrance Examinations, the Commissionerate is making allotments to 5 Courses, KEAM, LLB 3 Year, LLB 5 Year, LLM and P G Medical Courses. The allotments to rest of the courses are made by the authorities concerned. The Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) followed in the admission to Medical Engineering and Agricultural Courses is an online procedure opened up to the candidate through a candidate friendly procedure of option exercise, subsequent allotment and fee remittance at the designated Bank. All the allotments made by the Commissionerate will be on the basis of the rank list, and by observing the principles of reservations and will be in accordance with the orders of the Honourable Courts of Law and the orders issued by the Government. The Commissionerate is usually making allotments to all the Government seats in Government Colleges, the Government and Management quota seats in Government Controlled Self-financing Colleges and the seats made available by Private Self-financing Managements to Government for allotment. |

Eligibility and Selection Procedure for Master of Science MSc (MLT) Course 2017-18 in Directorate of Medical Education, DME, Kerala
Candidates, who have passed the B.Sc(MLT) Degree from any of the Universities in Kerala or from any other University recognized by Kerala University of Health Sciences (hereafter KUHS), with a minimum of 50% marks for all the years of B.Sc (MLT) Examination taken together, will be eligible for admission
Nativity: Indian Citizen of Kerala Origin
Age Limit
The upper age limit for General candidates shall be 40 years and for Service candidates shall be 48 years as on the date of notification of inviting application (28th November 2017)
Selection of Procedure
All Candidates including Service Quota candidates shall have to appear for the Entrance Examination to be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala at Thiruvananthapuram
Entrance Exam
The date of Entrance Examination will be notified later. The Entrance examination will be of 3 hours duration (10.00 am – 1.00 pm)with 200 Multiple Choice Questions on
Biochemistry - 60 questions
Microbiology - 60 questions
Pathology - 60 questions
Hematology and Blood Banking - 20 questions
Each correct answer will get 3 marks and incorrect answer will deduct 1 mark

Application Procedure for Master of Science MSc (MLT) Course 2017-18 in Directorate of Medical Education, DME, Kerala
Application
All candidates including Service candidates seeking admission to the M.Sc (MLT) Courses- 2017 can apply in the online application form available from 28th November 2017 to 08th December 2017 in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in of the CEE
While applying online candidates should upload the scanned image of his /her latest photograph, signature and all the required documents /certificates as per the instructions given in the Prospectus (clause 8.4.4).
No need to send the print out of the application or any supporting documents to the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Exam. The application form and Prospectus will not be available from any Medical Colleges or from theCEE
Application Fee
All candidates including Service candidates shall remit the required fee either by online payment gateway using internet banking/credit card/debit card or by using e-challan payment in any of the Head /Sub Post Office
Application Fee for General/Service candidates is Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) and in the case of SC/ST candidates the application fee is 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only). Application fee once remitted will not be refunded
Service Quota Candidates
Service quota candidates in addition to applying online, should forward a copy of the print out of the application along with all required documents including their service details to the Controlling Officer (DME) concerned as stipulated in clause 8.4.4 of the Prospectus, on or before 05.00 PM on 08th December 2017
Admit Cards
Admit cards for the candidates whose Applications have been accepted will be provided in the official website of the Commissioner for Entrance Exams www.cee.kerala.gov.in
