| How To Apply: |
The prospectus containing details and prescribed application forms will be available at the University Counter w.e.f.29.05.2008 on cash payment of Rs. 1,000/- for General & other categories. For SC/ST candidates, the price of the prospectus at University Counter shall be Rs. 500/-
A copy of prospectus can also be obtained by Registered Post by remitting Rs. 1,050/- (Rs. 550/- in case of SC/ST candidates) through crossed IPO's/Demand Drafts drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, H.P. University, Shimla-5. The request for supply of the prospectus by post along with requisite fee and two self addressed gummed stickers and mentioning the name of the course be addressed to the Deputy Registrar (Entrance Tests), Room Number 10, Ground Floor, Administrative Block, H.P. University, Summer Hill, Shimla-5 (HP). Money orders will not be accepted. Cost of prospectus will also include the test fee. No request for sending the prospectus by post will be entertained after 7.6.2008 and University will not be responsible for any postal delay, misplacement or loss of the prospectus in transit.

The candidate should have passed 10+2 from H.P Board of School Education or from recognized board/University or equivalent degree/examination passed with Science (Medical Group with Physics, Biology & Chemistry) of the University/H.P. Board of School Education and the candidate should have attain the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of his admission to the first year of the course.
The candidates desirous for BHMS course also have to apply to the Principal, Solan Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Solan (PVT.) in Form number-3 available in the prospectus so as to reach there by 12.08.2008.
