Sub: Pondicherry University - Seventeenth Convocation -Awarding of Degree Certificates- Reg.

 

The Seventeenth Convocation of this University will be held in the Month of December 2006. The students who have completed their degree courses from the year 1988-89 up to December 2005 can collect the convocation application from the Indian Bank, University Branch in person on payment of Rs. 50/-. Those who are willing to get the application form by post should send a self addressed stamped envelope for Rs. 10/- (size: 28x12cm) along with the requisition letter to the Controller of Examinations, Pondicherry University with a DD for Rs. 50/- drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University and apply within the stipulated time.

 

The last date for receipt of filled-in application forms is 24-11-2006 and applications received after the due date will not strictly be entertained. Kindly note that the students who have already remitted their convocation fee through the respective Institutions / Departments along with their final year examination fees from the academic year 1997-98 to 2004-05 as well as the students applied directly need not apply again, this notice is applicable to the students who have qualified under Regular stream as well as Distance Education.
