8. At the time of physical/online counselling the candidate, he/she will be required to present all the original documents which have been uploaded on the site and as per the list of required documents.
9. Once application is confirmed by the candidate, he/she cannot change any details filled in the application form.

However, a relaxation of 10% in marks shall be given in eligibility criteria to SC/ST/PwD candidates.
b) The student should hold a degree from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India, or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
c) Those who are appearing in final semester examination may also apply, provided that they submit
i. The proof of eligibility by a specific date declared by the University, and
ii. valid CAT/MAT percentile at the time of application.

The candidate must have scored at least 60% marks in 12th board examination from a recognised board and must also have passed english (Core/Elective/Functional) as a subject in the 12th Board Examination. Those who are appearing in the examination may also apply, provided that they submit the proof of eligibility by a specific date declared by the university.
Admission Criteria:
The merit list shall be drawn on the basis of marks in best of four subjects (including English) in XII board examination or its equivalent examination. Vocational courses (as specified in the CBSE list) will not be counted in the best four subjects.
To resolve and determine inter-se merit of candidates having same percentage in the best of four subjects (Encluding English), following criterion will be used in the stated order of preference:
(i) Candidates having higher score in English (core/elective/functional) will be given preference.
(ii) in case score in english is same, then date of birth will be considered. the candidate older in age will be given preference.
Note: Candidates who have got a compartment in any subject will not be eligible for admission.
Age Criterion: there is no upper age limit but candidate must be minimum 14 years old on 1st July, 2021.

Seats in B. Des. In Fashion Technology (BDFT) Programme will be filled in two different modes:
1. Mode X: 30 seats will be filled based on the rank in a National /State Level “Fashion Technology / Design” Entrance Examination and as per the Brochure.
2. Mode Y: 30 seats will be filled on 12th marks merit will be filled up and as per the Brochure.
3. If there is any vacancy in any mode after exhausting the waiting list, it may be filled by the waiting list of another mode.
4. For admission visit the NSUT website regularly.
5. There is no minimum or maximum age criterion.
Instructions for online payment of registration fees
1. To initiate the online registration process, the candidate is required to fill the online registration form and submit registration fees on the registration link on the university website. If the amount gets deducted from the candidate’s bank / card account but the candidate is not able to register, it indicates that the transaction has failed. Such failed transactions are refunded to the same bank / card account automatically by the payment system within 7 working days. In such cases, the fee should be paid again for registration without waiting for the refund. After successful fee payment, candidates are required to visit the website www.nsut.ac.in again and fill the online registration form using the unique application number.
2. After successful registration fee payment, if a candidate does not fill the ONLINE registration form, he/she will not be considered for any seat allotment in any round of the counselling. (No refund of registration-cum-counselling fee for such candidates will be applicable)
3. No other mode of payment other than online payment will be accepted for submission of registration-cum-counselling fee.

However, a relaxation of 10% in marks shall be given in eligibility criteria to to SC/ST/PwD candidates. Those who are appearing in final semester examination may also apply, provided that they submit the proof of eligibility by a specific date to be declared by the CMAC.

CMAC may decide an appropriate cut-off score of CAT and CMAT to prepare respective merit lists of the students for the purpose of short listing the candidate for admission. Merit list prepared based on CAT score 2020 will be exhausted first for the purpose of admission. This shall be followed by admission based on CMAT 2021 scores.

Qualifying Examination
The qualifying examination for admission to all the participating Universities / Institute will be any of the following examination:

(ii) Indian School Certificate Examination (12-year course) of the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
(iii) Any other examination recognized as equivalent to the Senior School Certificate Examination of the CBSE

Minimum Marks Criterion in Qualifying Examination
B.Tech. Course at NSUT, IGDTUW and DTU
A candidate securing 60% or more marks in an aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and has passed English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level (Core or Elective) AND having JEE Main 2019 Rank (Paper I) shall be eligible for admission to the first semester of B. Tech. /B.E., course provided he/she has passed in each subject separately.

All candidates desirous of seeking admission to the engineering / architecture programs at DTU, IGDTUW, IIIT-D and NSUT are required to visit website www.jacdelhi.nic.in to pay a non-refundable registration-cum-counseling fee of Rs.1500/- ( plus transactions charges as applicable)
NOTE: ONLINE REGISTRATION IS ALLOWED AS PER COUNSELING SCHEDULE ONLY.
The candidate will initiate the fee submission for online registration process by entering his/her following details:
· JEE (Main) 2019 Application Number
· Name (as per JEE Admit card)
If amount gets deducted from the candidate's bank I card, account but the candidate is not able to register, it indicates that transaction has failed. Such failed transactions are refunded to the same bank 7 card account automatically by the payment system within 7 working days.
ln such cases, the fee should be paid again for registration without waiting for the refund. The candidate may inform JAC Delhi by sending an email to support@jacdelhi.nic.in, providing the candidate’s details (JEE Mains Application Number, Name, Mobile Number, Date and Time of Transaction).
Please Note:
i) After successful fee payment, candidates are required to visit the website www.jacdelhi.nic.in again and fill online registration form.
ii) After successful fee payment, if a candidate does not fill the ONLINE registration form, he/she will not be considered for any seat allotment in any round of the counseling. (No refund of registration-cum-counseling fee for such candidates will be applicable)

An applicant possessing a Master Degree in Engineering/Technology/Sciences/ Management/Humanities/Social Sciences in the respective discipline or equivalent with a minimum 60% of marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) and Bachelor’s Degree with a 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA shall be eligible to apply for admission to Ph.D. programme of the University. · Candidates are also required to upload the scanned images of his photograph and signature in JPEG format only. In case candidate does not upload above images. His/ Her application form will be rejected.

Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Chemical/ Polymer/ Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering. Or A.M.I.E. (India) with appropriate specialization /Grad. I.E.T.E.(India) AMIE(London) or any other examination in the concerned branch. Or Recognized as equivalent to B.E. degree by the University of Delhi.
Candidates willing to apply for admission in various M.Tech. Courses must visit NSIT Admission website www.imsnsit.org. Online application process will start from July 31, 2018. Detailed admission schedule (tentative) is also available on website.
IMPORTANT: Separate Online Application Form is required for each course. If candidate is willing to apply for more than one course, he/ she is required to make multiple registrations and fill separate applications for each type of course in a division. For each registration made by candidate, separate registration fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non refundable) is required to be deposited by the candidate.

Candidates having only M.Sc. degree (without M.Tech. or M. Phil degree) will be required to complete course work as detailed in ordinance VI B of University of Delhi. However, if the candidate has qualified any of the national level fellowship exams for example, CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR/DBT/DST, Inspire fellowship or GATE examination after Master’s degree he/she will not have to undergo any course work.
The candidates possessing Master degree with 60% or more marks who are eligible for Ph.D. degree as per ordinance VI B of University of Delhi may also apply for admission for Ph.D. degree but they will be admitted without scholarship and they will be required to comply with the other formalities of ordinance VI B displayed on Institute website and will be selected through a written test followed by PowerPoint Presentation and Interview.
A written test will be organized on department level which will have multiple choice questions. The selection of the candidate shall be made by the selection committee of the respective department on the basis of the performance of the candidate in written test, power point presentation and Interview (the weight age will be in the ratio of 20: 30: 50). Interviews will be held in Oct. /Nov. 2011.
Candidates selected for admission to the Ph.D. Programme will have to subsequently apply to the
Candidate appearing in the qualifying exams must ensure that their final results (with requisite marks) are declared before the date of Interview (probably in Oct./Nov. 2011) otherwise they will not be allowed to appear before the selection board.
Selected candidates shall be required to deposit institute fee and other charges immediately at the time of registration for which he/she will be intimated before the date of registration well-before-the time. The amount payable by him/her will be in DD/cash as per rule. Limited hostel accommodation is available which will be provided to students subject to availability.
No TA/DA will be admissible to the applicants called for written Test/Interview.
Financial Assistantship to PhD Scholars
The institute aims at identifying suitable candidates having keen interest in teaching and research who would like to take up a career in Academics. In line with this objective, therefore, a scheme “Teaching-cum-Research-fellowship” has been introduced. Exceptionally brilliant candidates having keen interests in an academic career shall be considered for this fellowship.
The Institute currently offers a Teaching-Cum-Research Fellowship of Rs. 15000/- pm (which is likely to be revised @ Rs. 25,000/- p.m.). Successful candidates, on completion of Ph.D. under the scheme, stand good chance of being considered for absorption as faculty in this institute through proper Selection Committee.
A scheme also exists for the award of Research Assistantship for providing financial assistance to the students. In terms of this scheme, the student who is not found suitable for TRF but found suitable for research can be considered to Ph.D. Degree programme as research fellow with stipend/fellowship as per rule.
