Application Process

For seeking admission to the Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences students should complete the following procedure:

Step I: Applicants must register and pay for SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) 2020. SNAP 2020 test fee is INR 1750/- (non-refundable)

Step II: While registering for SNAP, applicants have to also apply for SIHS in the same application form. A program fee of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) is to be paid to SIHS for each program that the aspirant wishes to apply

·          Make Payment: Pay through available payment option

·          Preview: Preview your registration and payment details

Last Date of Online Registration: 17^th July, 2021

STEP II: You will be called for Entrance Exam & PI-WAT (personal interaction and written ability test)?

STEP III: Selection will be intimated to candidate through email.

STEP IV: Admission process will be completed after the verification of all the submitted documents and payment of 1st instalment of academic fees.

Based on marks in Qualifying examination followed by Entrance Examination, Personal Interaction and Written Ability Test.

Cardiac Care: B.Sc. degree in Cardiac Technology or equivalent from a recognized university. OR B.Sc. in Life Sciences from recognized University or equivalent and diploma/ certificate program in cardiac technology with minimum two years clinical experience in the department of Cardiology from a reputed institute.

Respiratory Therapy: B.Sc. degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent from a recognized university. OR MBBS/ Bachelors of Physiotherapy or equivalent from recognized university.

Imaging Sciences: B.Sc. degree in Medical Imaging or equivalent from a recognized university. OR Bachelors in Physics or Life Sciences as major or equivalent from recognized university with 2 years relevant experience of working on specific modality.

Clinical Laboratory: B.Sc. degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/ Technology or equivalent from a recognized university. OR Bachelors in Life Sciences/ Microbiology/ Chemistry or equivalent from recognized university

Dialysis & Renal Technology: Candidate should be a graduate from any statutory university with B.Sc. degree in Medical Technology with Dialysis as specialization or equivalent from a recognized university. OR Bachelors in Life Sciences or equivalent from recognized university with diploma/ certificate program in Dialysis/Renal Technology / minimum one year of work experience in the department of Dialysis / Renal Sciences from a reputed institute / related field. OR Bachelors in Medicine / Ayurveda / Homeopathy / Unani / Physiotherapy / Nursing from a recognized University or equivalent.

OT & Anaesthesia Technology: Candidate should be a graduate from any statutory university with B.Sc. degree in Medical Technology with OT & / Anaesthesia as specialization or equivalent from a recognized university. OR Bachelors in Life Sciences or equivalent from recognized university with diploma/ certificate program in OT/Anaesthesia Technology / minimum one year of work experience in the department of OT/Anaesthesia Technology from a reputed institute / related field. OR Bachelors in Medicine / Ayurveda / Homeopathy / Unani / Physiotherapy / Nursing from a recognized University or equivalent.

·          A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

For seeking admission to the Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences students should complete the following procedure:

Step I:

The applicant must register and pay for SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) 2019. SNAP 2019 test fee is INR 1750/- (non-refundable). Following are the options for payment.

Step II:

While registering for SNAP, applicant has to also apply for SIHS in the same application form. A programme fee of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) is to be paid to SIHS for each programme that the aspirant wishes to apply. This is mandatory, without which the applicant will not be considered for short-listing for the GE (Group Exercise) PI-WAT (Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test) process for the respective programme(s).

NOTE

1) SNAP Test fee & programme(s) of the institute is non-refundable.

2) Demand Draft(s) should reach the Symbiosis Test Secretariat by 5:00 pm on November 23, 2019. Demand Drafts reaching after this will not be considered and will be returned to the respective candidates.

3) The last date for payment for SIHS is December 31, 2019 (Tuesday)
